terms of condition

section 1 - contacting
1. Im fastest to respond on discord, toyhouse messages and emailing will do fine but there will be a bit of a delay.
2. you are allowed to ask for updates, i will respond usually between 10am-12pm PST.
-- a. try not to spam, i will most likely message you first thing after I've made any major changes.section 2 - payment methods
1. paypal is the only type of payment i will take.
-- a. payment plans depends on how much is owed.
-- b. I'm lenient with holds up to a week.section 3 - refunds
1. payment is not required until the sketch approval.
2. partial refunds could be provided after sketch approval/during the lineart and coloring stage.
3. you will not receive any type of refund after I've finished the artwork.
4. if I'm unable to complete the artwork, you will receive a full refund + any art i have completed as compensation.section 4 - ownership
1. Do not move/trade/sell characters outside of toyhouse.
-- a. you may repost the artwork with proper credit leading back to me.
2. you may not edit the artwork directly unless given permission and an approval from me.
-- a. you are allowed to redesign the character, just not my artwork.section 5 - blacklist
1. if found tracing or copying my artwork.
2. if you interact with me with intent to cause harm.
3. harassing any past clients regarding artwork made by me.

2. Half-body: $30
